  • Tenant Information: Names, contact details, and lease information for tenants you manage through the platform.
  • Financial Data: Invoice amounts, payment records, and expense categories you track in the platform. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.
  • Documents & Photos: Lease documents, condition photos, and other files you upload.
  • Communications: Messages, support requests, and feedback you send to us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and interactions within the Service.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and IP address.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process transactions and send related notifications (e.g., invoice reminders, payment confirmations).

  • Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe Connect. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase: Our database and authentication infrastructure is hosted on Supabase with row-level security. Data is stored in secure, encrypted cloud databases.
  • Service Providers: We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., email delivery, hosting), subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring each user can only access their own organization's data.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records for tax compliance).
